Volumech, the UK distributor of volumetric concrete mixers that is part of the American Cemen Tech group and is based in Wednesbury in the UK, has been voted winner of the 2026 UK Concrete Show New Product Award for its Accu-Pour quote-to-invoice system.
Securing over 22% of the votes cast by visitors to the UK Concrete Show at Birmingham’s NEC in March, Volumech was placed above runners up LKAB Minerals with Calcined Clay, a supplementary cementitious material developed using reclaimed waste from the clay brick industry, and Bay-Lynx Manufacturing UK for Crewmix, its new generation of compact, high-performance volumetric concrete mixers that combine smart engineering and proven manufacturing expertise.
Following the announcement, the UK Concrete Show’s Charlotte Shacklock visited Volumech in Wednesbury to present the trophy in person to Steve Cartwright, UK general manager, on behalf of the team.
Accu-Pour is a quote-to-invoice system designed to manage scheduling, tracking and operational coordination across concrete delivery workflows. The platform brings equipment, jobs, staff and inventory into a single digital environment, accessible via web and mobile applications.
It enables teams to monitor job progression, allocate resources and maintain records in real time, helping align dispatch, production and administrative processes within one system. While compatible with Volumech equipment, it is designed to support a wide range of plant and fleet configurations.
